The Live Well Advance Conference & School Summit is the County of San Diego’s signature convening to advance a region-wide vision for better health, safety, and thriving communities. In 2024, Fruition Consulting served as the lead production partner, supporting over 1,800 attendees, 38 breakout sessions, and 67 exhibiting organizations—all executed in a single day at the San Diego Convention Center.
The Challenge
Coordinate a complex, large-scale event involving multiple County departments, public agencies, nonprofits, and education stakeholders, while meeting accessibility, compliance, and engagement standards across all elements-from session management to sponsor experience.
Our Approach
- Used platforms to integrate registration, logistics, and volunteer management
- Conducted two volunteer trainings, created a Connection Hub layout, and managed onsite tech and badge printing
- Delivered speaker onboarding, sponsor coordination, vendor timelines, and AV run-of-show rehearsals across all tracks
