The 2024 NOMA (National Organization of Minority Architects) Conference—The eXchange Baltimore—was a sold-out, five-day gathering that brought together over 1,500 architects, students, and design professionals to explore equity, innovation, and community impact in architecture. Held at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront, the conference featured 56+ sessions, multiple keynote events, networking mixers, offsite tours, a student design competition, and an expansive expo.
The Challenge
Deliver an event of national scale with layered programming, multiple venue activations, international attendees, and a complex stakeholder matrix—including NOMA staff, board, sponsors, local chapters, and exhibitors.
